Margaret McCarthy

Margaret McCarthy, formally of Clounlaheen, died peacefully at St Senan’s Nursing home, Kilrush, in her 107th year, surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her husband Charlie, daughter Philomena and her three infant babies – Charles, Gerard and Theresa.

Dearly loved and sadly missed by her family – Christy, Moira, Frances, Michael John, Martin, James, Catherine, Margaret Ann, Thomas and Bernadette, her sister Vera (U.S.A.), her daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, her 40 grandchildren, 54 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.

MAY HER GENTLE SOUL REST IN PEACE

Margaret will be reposing in St Mary’s Church, Mullagh, V95 D429 on Monday 25th May from 6pm until 8pm. Requiem mass will take place on Tuesday 26th May at 2pm, followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Mass will be live streamed on the KIB parish webcam.

The family would like to thank all her carers over the years who took care of her at home. We wish to express a very sincere thank you to the staff of St. Senan’s Nursing home, Kilrush, for the care, dedication and dignity afforded to Margaret and the support given to her family. This is greatly appreciated and will be long remembered by us.

The Death has occurred of Seamus Burke Late of Star of the sea Quilty and Ballymakea more Quilty . Son of Jim & Doreen Burke.

Reposing at Star of the Sea Church Quilty on Thursday 14th of May from 5pm to 7pm mass on Friday at 12 noon and Burial in the adjoining Cemetery.

Dympna Whelan.

Sutton, Dublin and Clohaninchy, Quilty, Co. Clare.

Pre-deceased by her parents James and Betty, brother John Joe, sisters Teresa and Lauretta.

Deeply regretted by her sister Delia, nephew Brian, sister-in-law Angela, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, great grand-nieces, great grand-nephews, relatives and her wonderful circle of friends.

Reposing in Star of the Sea Church, Quilty on this Sunday evening 3rd May from 6 o’clock with prayers at 7.30. Funeral Mass on Monday 4th May at 12 noon with burial in the adjoining Cemetery. The Mass can be viewed on https://funeralslive.ie/dympna-whelan/
