HARVEST MASS will take place in Coore Church on Saturday 12th September at 2pm
(provided that Clare are not playing in All Ireland Final the next day!)
SPECIAL MASS OF REMEMBRANCE for all who are buried in Coore Graveyard will take place on Sunday 8th November at 2pm. If you know anybody living away from the Parish who has loved ones buried in Coore Graveyard, please could you let them know about this special Mass.

Historical Note on Coore Church
“The completion of the Church was an achievement and it consisted of an altar and sanctuary and a few seats. These seats were placed along the sides of the Church and were reserved for older people. The young people stood during the ceremony”

Reposing at McMahon’s Funeral Home, Mullagh on Thursday from 6pm with removal at 8pm to St Mary’s Church.
Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 o’clock. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
