The new hall in Rockmount N.S. will be opened by Conor & Eoin Cleary on Thursday 9th June at 6.45pm. The opening will be followed by a sponsored walk/run in aid of the school. Refreshments will be served later. All are welcome.

April 27th, 2022Phil Frawley (née McCarthy), Mullagh, Co. Clare. 27/04/2022. Peacefully at Cahercalla Community Hospital. Wife of the late James. Deeply regretted by her son Gerard, her sisters Margaret and Vera, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing this Thursday evening, 28th April, in St. Mary’s Church, Mullagh from 6.30pm with prayers at 8pm. Funeral mass on Friday at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

April 24th, 2022The death has occurred Peacefully of John O’Dwyer, Ballard Road, Miltown Malbay and formerly of Ballymackea More, Quilty, (retired Garda Siochana). Predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Elizabeth, sister Maura, brothers Willie, M.J., Joe and Paschal.
Deeply regretted by his sisters Jane, Margarite, Agatha, brothers Eddie, Brendon and Gabriel, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Arriving to the Star of the Sea Church, Quilty on Wednesday for Requiem Mass at 12 o’clock, with burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
