will begin on Tuesday 11th of January at 7.30pm in Mullagh Track. This programme will run for 8 weeks, every Tuesday evening. It is free to take part and all are welcome. Open to all who want to start running in a progressive manner, walkers are most welcome to join us. Bring a friend. Social distancing will apply. January 7th, 2022Following a successful 6 week community physical activity, we are delighted to continue this range of fitness/activities available in Mullagh over the next few weeks.
Starting back on Thursday 13th @11am in Mullagh community hall, an active adults/older adults exercise class. These classes will focus on age-appropriate exercises, balance & flexibility. These classes will run for 6 week and we would suggest a donation of €5 per class, just to cover costs, turn up in the morning and bring a friend. Stay for a cup of tea / coffee and chat afterwards, all socially distanced.

Formerly of Seafield, Quilty, Co. Clare. Unexpectedly but peacefully at Abbeyhaven Nursing Home, Boyle. Beloved wife of Thomas and much loved mother of Karen Ferrick, Christopher and Patrick. She will be sadly missed by her sorrowing husband, daughter, sons, son-in-law Noel, daughter-in-law Jackie, adored grandchildren Callum, Jamie, Daniel, Ciara and Conor, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Rest In Peace Reposing at her home in Mote Park, on Friday, December 31st, from 4pm until 8pm. Walk through only please. Removal on New Years Day, Saturday, January 1st, to The Star of the Sea Church, Quilty, Co. Clare, to arrive for Funeral Mass at 12.30pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private outside of reposing times. Those attending the funeral please adhere to covid guidelines and regulations by observing social distancing and refraining from shaking hands. December 22nd, 2021The death has occurred of Patrick Galvin, Quilty, Co. Clare, peacefully in Cahercalla. Predeceased by his wife Mary Kate. Deeply missed by his loving family, Sonya, Sharon, Siobhan, Patrick, Rory and Elizabeth, their partners Gareth, Elaine and Alan, grandchildren Liam, Eoin, Ieuan, Dylan and Daithi, his brothers and sister, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his home on Thursday from 6 o’clock until 7 o’clock, for family and friends. Arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock, on Friday to the Star of The Sea Church, Quilty, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Cahercalla Hospice, Ennis.

VACCINE FOR THE THIRD WORLD
December 10th, 2021We in the First World are lucky to be vaccinated, in the third world vaccinations is very limited. As a Parish we have decided to help our neighbours in the Third World. €50 will vaccinate 10 people, €100 will vaccinate 20 people and €250 will vaccinate 70 people. We will link up with UNICEF and forward the money to them. If you wish to become part of this initiative, you may drop off your contribution to the Parish Office.
