Michael Falsey

The death has occurred of Michael Falsey, Seafield, Quilty, Co. Clare. Peacefully in the loving care of Regina House, Kilrush. Predeceased by his wife Peggy and his daughter Angela. Deeply regretted by his loving family, son Michael, daughters Bernie (Griffin), Kathleen (Dooley) Margaret (Killeen), Breda (Downes) and Patsy, daughter-in-law Tina, sons-in-law Patrick, Kevin and Joe, sister Margaret Hughes, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and his many kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his residence on Wednesday from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock, for family and close friends. Removal to the Star of the Sea Church, Quilty on Thursday for Mass at 12 noon, with burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Regina House, Kilrush. House private on Thursday morning, please.Please adhere to COVID regulations, of social distancing, wearing face masks and strictly no shaking hands, please.


John Downes

The death has occurred of John Downes, Seafield, Quilty, Co. Clare, peacefully in the loving care of Mowlam Nursing Home, Kilrush.

Predeceased by his mother Bridget, father Patrick, brother Patrick and sister Katie. Deeply regretted by his loving sisters Mary, Nora, Lizzie, Patsy, Ann, Claire, Martina and brothers Michael, Martin and Joe, his nieces and nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.

May he Rest In Peace.

Reposing at his residence on Thursday from 6 o’clock until 8 o’clock, for family and close friends. Arriving to the Star of the Sea Church, Quilty on Friday for 12 o’clock Mass, with burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Gerard Reidy

Gerard Reidy, The Hand, Miltown Malbay, Co Clare. Gerard passed away suddenly at University Hospital Limerick. Beloved husband of Anna-Marie and loving father of Laura and Sarah. Deeply regretted by his loving family, his sisters Mary and Theresa, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, niece Michelle, grandniece Ella and grandnephew Aaron. Gerard will be fondly remembered by all his relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Reposing at his residence on Wednesday from 2pm to 6pm for family and close friends only. House private at all other times please. Funeral Mass on Thursday (7th Oct) at 12pm in Coore Church with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
