The death has occurred (peacefully) at Home with her family by her side of Mary Josephine Healy née McCarthy

(better known as Jo), Killernan, Miltown Malbay. in her 92nd year. wife of the late Eddie

and pre-deceased by her only brother

P.J.  McCarthy, Killernan.

Beloved mother of John, Eamon, Tim, Marie (Fox), Pauline (Moroney), Annette (Griffin), Liam, Claire Healy (Wadd), and James. Sons-in-law Michael Fox, Gerard Moroney, Michael Griffin and Chris Stoddard. Daughters-in-law Helen, Nuala, Iveta and Christine. Grandchildren Edel and Ciarán Fox, Edward, Michelle, Ann and Alan Griffin; Liam, Niall and Owen Moroney; Edward Healy; Bridget and Ronan Healy; Aisling and Conor Healy; Nathan and Gracie Healy-O’Sullivan; Ciarán and Tom Wadd. Great-grandchildren Aedín and Fiadh Byrne, Dara, Conor and Paidí O’Brien, Oisín Breen and Éabha Fox. Niece Mary McMahon, Nephews Patrick and Paul McCarthy. Brother-in-law Willie, Sisters-in-law Emer, Marie and Patsy, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Church of the Most holy Redeemer, Coore (Eircode V95 RW84), on this Friday evening, 20th October from 5.30.pm with funeral prayers at 7.30pm. Funeral  Mass on Saturday 10.30 a.m followed by burial afterwards at adjoining Cemetery. A one way traffic system will be in place for the reposing.

Please note as a mark of respect, An Siops Beag, Miltown Malbay will remain closed from Friday at 2.pm until Monday.

Family flowers only.

Deeply regretted by his loving family, wife, Anna, son, Martin, daughters, Tracey, Lisa and Caroline, sons-in-law, Mark, Kevin, Alan and Malcolm, daughter-in-law, Barbara, brothers, Jimmy and Frank, sisters, Kathleen, Anna and Rita, Jimmy’s wife Margaret and Frank’s wife Margaret, brother-in-law, Paddy Perill, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, his 16 grandchildren who adored him, relatives and many friends. predeceased by his parents, Francis and Annie, his daughter Sharon Campbell, sister, Sr. Mary Keavey and brother-in-law, Bennie O’Reilly.

Reposing at his residence (V95K19C) this Tuesday evening the 10th of October from 5pm until 8pm, Funeral arriving on Wednesday for 12noon Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Mullagh, followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to the K.I.B. defibrillator. The Funeral Mass can be viewed on the K.I.B. parish webcam.
