May God bless you Fr. Martin
as you begin your ministry as a priest in the Diocese of Killaloe.
We thank you for all your very generous service to our parish in so many ways over the years as a reader, Eucharistic minister, in choirs , in setting up Eucharistic Adoration, in serving on School boards of management and in chairing our Pastoral Council and in all the other areas of service you offered to our wider community. It will be a special occasion also for your gifted son Eoin who will play the organ both days. All the parish join you both and all your extended family in celebrating this special day.
We keep in a very special prayer your late wife Mary Margaret who will be in our thoughts and prayers over the weekend.
This will be the first time an Ordination ceremony has taken place in this parish. It is celebrated on the Feast of Corpus Christi which is fitting as we thank God for the gift of his Son Jesus to us in the sacraments especially in the Mass. We welcome Bishop Fintan and all the visiting priests who will be joining us over these special days. We thank so many parishioners who have been involved in the preparations for these days.
We welcome RTE Nationwide who are filming .
After the Ordination on Sunday there will be refreshments available.

Exam Mass and Anniversary Mass for this Sunday in Mullagh Church will go ahead in Mullagh Hall now as Mullagh Church is in the process of being painted…

EXAM MASS will be on Sunday 13th May in Mullagh Church at 11am. Anyone wanting to include a name of a pupil doing exams outside of the Parish, please leave into the Parish Office.

Sunday 20th May at 12 noon in Mullagh Church (no 11am Mass)

Is on Sunday 3rd June in Mullagh Church at 3pm. Choir practice for this will take place each Tuesday at 8pm in Mullagh Church. All are welcome especially members of the choirs of the other churches. This is a unique special occasion for our parish and we would love people to be come involved. All are welcome.
Joe Searson will hold a practice for musicians for Ordination on Thursday 3rd May at 6pm in Mullagh Church. All are welcome.
