Remains arriving at Star of the Sea Church Quilty at 11am on Saturday morning for Prayers and a Blessing followed by burial in Kilmurray Ibrickane cemetery.
World Youth Day
July 28th, 2023takes place in Lisbon Portugal from Wednesday 2nd of August to Tuesday 8th of August. World Youth Day is a giant gathering of young people from all over the world, it contains workshops, presentations and films related to faith. The highlight is a Mass with Pope Francis on Sunday 6th of August. Roisin Montgomery and Emma Murray and Fr. Donagh will represent our Parish at the event.
Away at World Youth Day:

It is with great sadness that Jackie’s siblings: Anne, Thomas, Miriam, Jerry and Andrew and in-laws Paul, Johnny, Niamh & Fidelma announce Jackie’s unexpected death.
Predeceased by her loving parents, Maura & Jerry and her oldest sister Dorothy, Jackie will join them in being sorely missed by all who knew them.
These will include Jackie’s nieces and nephews upon whom she doted, namely, Aisling, Maura, Íde, Aoibhinn, Andrew, Kevin, John, Mark, Lorcan, Jerry, Tom and Eoin.
A long road travelled but still cut too short.
