The death has occurred peacefully of Mary McGannon, (nee Collins), Quilty, Co. Clare.

Predeceased by her husband Michael, daughter Antoinette and brother Tom.

Deeply regretted by her sons Michael, Martin and Patrick and daughter Christina, her sister Susan (Corry), sons in law Michael, Jamsie and Michael, daughter in law Catherine, brother in law M.J., grandchildren Niall, Aaron, Niamh, Darragh and Clare, her great grandchildren Teegan, Bonnie, Mya, her dear friends Agnes Ann and Flan, her wonderful carers Carmel, Audrey, Eilish, Sinead, Omotola, Geraldine, Noireen, Anna and Caroline, her extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Mary’s gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing in the Star Of The Sea Church, Quilty, on Wednesday (25th March) from 5 P.M. until 7 P.M.

Funeral Mass on Thursday (26th March) at 12 o’clock with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Reposing at McMahon’s Funeral Home, Mullagh (V95 P049) this Friday evening the 27th of February from 5pm with removal at 7pm to the Most Holy Redeemer Church, Coore. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 12.30pm followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Theresa Ann O’Dwyer nee Corry

The death has occurred of Theresa Ann O’Dwyer, (nee Corry) better known as Ann, Tromra East, Quilty, Co. Clare.

Surrounded by her loving family at Limerick University Hospital, on the 13th February 2026.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Paschal O’Dwyer, her baby sons Joseph and Martin and her parents Mai and John Joe Corry.

Sadly missed by her heartbroken children Carmelita, Paul, Maura, Eleanor and Anita, her sixteen cherished grandchildren Ethan, Kayla, Oisín, Fionn, Orín, Daithí, Saoirse, Leanne, Shona, Aoibhín, Eric, Chloe, Killian, Rían, Ruairí and Avril, her sons in law Declan Behan, Thomas Coughlan, David Egan, Derrick Lynch, her sisters Rita Corry and Pauline Ryan and her brothers Jimmy, Michael and Connie (Corry), brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing on Sunday (15th February) at her family residence Tromra East, Quilty, Co. Clare (Eircode V95K7Y5) from 6 PM until 8 PM. Arriving to the Star of the Sea Church Quilty on Monday (16th February) for 12 o’clock Funeral Mass, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Quilty Church Fund.

Please note there will be a shuttle bus service running from Quilty GAA car park.

Fr. Kevin O’Boyle

O’Boyle Kevin, Missionary Society of St. Columban, Ireland and Chile; Friday 6th of February 2026 in the tender care of the staff of St. Columban’s Nursing Home, after a long illness, preserved with the attentive staff of Our Lady’s Hospital, Navan.

Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Deliah, brothers and sisters John Joe, Eileen Rees, Mary Margaret Nolan, Breda Costello and Nancy O’Sullivan. Much loved by his brother Patrick and sister Noreen Garrihy, his sister-in-law Maura, many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, his Columban Missionary Family, a wide circle of friends in Chile and Ireland and his great neighbours.

May Fr. Kevin’s Soul Rest in Peace.

Removal Monday evening, 9th February, at 7pm to the Church at St. Columban’s, Dalgan, Navan (C15AY2Y). Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning at 11am followed by burial in the Community Cemetery.

William (Willy) Crowley

Beechpark, Ennis, Clare

Formerly of Old Military Barracks, Kilrush Road, Ennis, Co. Clare.

William passed away peacefully at University Hospital Galway, surrounded by his loving family, on the 30th January 2026.

Predeceased by his sisters Noreen, Una and Jenny.

Sadly missed by his loving family; wife Mairead (Killeen), daughter Regina, son-in-law John Peppard, adored grandchildren Emily and Cillian, brother Patrick, sisters Carmel, Lillian, Breda and Yvonne, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements: Reposing at Kennedy’s Funeral Home, Ennis, (V95 HE36) on Sunday (1st Feb.) from 5 pm until 7 pm. Arriving at Ennis Cathedral on Monday (2nd Feb.) for Funeral Mass at 11 am. Burial afterwards in Mullagh Cemetery, Mullagh, Co. Clare. (V95 D429)
