Peacefully, in the exceptional care of management and staff of Ennistymon Community Hospital, in his 95th year. Husband of the late Bridget (nee Burke). Deeply regretted by his loving family, sons, Gerry, Rath, Mullagh and Patrick, Ennis, daughters, Patricia Cleary, Shanaway, Miltown Malbay, Mary-Margaret Faulkner Belfast and Ann Kelly Clohanbeg Cree, sons-in-law, Sean Cleary, David Faulkner and Michael Kelly, daughters-in-law, Bridget and Kathleen sister, Nancy Darcy, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family & friends. Predeceased by his beloved wife Bridget in 2015 and his sister Mary.

A private Funeral Mass for Paddy will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Church, Mullagh, this Saturday the 6th of February at 12 noon, followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Our Lady of Lourdes 9 Day Novena
February 1st, 2021As a lead up to the feast day of Our Lady of Lourdes on Thursday, 11 February, we will be holding a 9 Day Novena to support people within our local parish and beyond during this time of lockdown. We will start on Wednesday, 3 February at 5.30pm until 6.05pm. Each day we will include the individual prayers for each day and also some beautiful hymns. At 6pm each evening we will close with the Angelus. If you would like to include a prayer intention, please feel free to contact Edel on 085 237 1791. Each day will be recorded and available for play back.
Mary McMahon
January 30th, 2021The death has occurred of Mary McMahon (nee McMahon) better known as Mai, Clonkeen, Lisnagry, Co. Limerick and formerly of Ballymakea, Mullagh, Co. Clare on the 30th of January 2021, peacefully at University Hospital Limerick. Wife of the late Senan. Sadly missed by her loving daughter Mary Brigid, sisters Brigid, Carmel, Phil and Chrissie, brother Pat, brothers in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. Predeceased by her brother Micky Joe and sister Kitty.

A private family funeral will take place, in accordance with current government and HSE guidelines at St Mary’s Church, Mullagh at 2pm on Monday 1st February 2021, followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Deeply regretted by her loving family, son Pat Whelan, Kilrush road Ennis and daughter Helen Whelan Manchester, daughter-in-law Mary Whelan, grandchild Caroline Glynn, Gort, great-grandchildren, Carragh, Aoibhinn and Donnacha, relatives, cousins, neighbours and friends.
Reunited with her beloved husband Micko Whelan, daughter, Marie O’Neill Manchester and grandson Paul Whelan Ennis,
